Eurographics 2012, the 33rd Annual Conference of the European Association for Computer Graphics, will take place from May 13th to May 18th in Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy. May 13th-14th will be dedicated to co-located events, while the main conference will open on Monday, May 14th and close on Friday, May 18th. The tutorial program on Monday is included in the conference registration and the conference opening with the awards session followed by the paper fast forward will start on Monday, May 14th at 17:00.

EG2012 categories and package information
The Eurographics Association has significantly simplified the fee structure with respect to the previous year, by including tutorials in all packages.
Conference registration includes access to all conference sessions, including tutorials, to the Welcome and Poster Reception and the Conference Dinner. The fee also includes all printed materials, conference digital media, coffee breaks and lunches.
Student registration includes Conference registration at a discounted rate. That is, a student registration includes access to all conference sessions (including the tutorials), including the Welcome and Poster Reception and the Conference Dinner. The fee also includes conference digital media, coffee breaks and lunches. However, a student registration does not include a printed proceedings. A (low-res) scanned copy of a valid student ID card have to be e-mailed to the Eurographics conference registration office (email@example.com, Subject: EG2012 Student Registration), and has to be shown at the registration desk at the conference.
Big Buddy registrations include one full conference plus tutorials registration and two Student registrations at a discount. If the member price is selected, all three participants have to be members. The senior participant has to register first and will receive two identification numbers which subsequently enable two students under the age of 26 to register without further cost. For each student registration, a (low-res) scanned copy of a valid student ID cards have to be e-mailed to the Eurographics conference registration office (firstname.lastname@example.org, Subject: EG2012 Student Registration), and has to be shown at the registration desk at the conference.
Opening Ceremony and Fast Forward
The Eurographics 2012 Opening Ceremony including the presentation of the Eurographics 2012 Awards will start on Monday, May 14th at 17:00 and will be followed by the Fast Forward presentation of all papers.
Welcome Reception and Posters
The Eurographics 2012 “Welcome Reception and Poster Session” will take place on Tuesday the 15th May 2012. Drinks and a light meal will be served. This reception is included in all packages. Extra tickets can be purchased at a cost of €25 through the online conference registration (deadline: May 11th, 2012) and pre-registration of additional attendees is required.
The Eurographics 2012 Conference Dinner will take place in the evening of Thursday the 17th May 2012. This event is included in all packages. Extra tickets can be purchased at a cost of €60, through the online conference registration (deadline: May 11th, 2012), and pre-registration of additional attendees is required.
Coffee-breaks and Lunches
Coffee-breaks (Monday-Friday) and lunches (Monday-Thursday) are included with all packages.
Additional copies of the proceedings can be pre-ordered for €65 through the online conference registration (deadline: April 13th, 2012). Note, that the price at the conference will be higher and the availability will be limited. Consequently, we strongly advise attendees to pre-order additional copies through the online conference registration prior to arriving at the conference.
The conference program will start on Monday morning and end on Friday morning (before lunch).
If you have pre-registered and cannot attend the conference, you must send us written notice of your cancellation and request for refund. The date of cancellation shall be the date the written request is received by the conference secretariat:
